About The Position

The Quality Team Lead ensures products meet company and customer standards before packaging and shipment. The role helps maintain product integrity and prevent defects from reaching customers, with responsibility for quality on the NQ5A production line.

This is a temp-to-perm position. Production employees in this role must be employed through Projob, a staffing agency, for at least 90 days.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of related work experience.

• Basic understanding of records, inventories, and other routine warehouse documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products on the NQ5A line meet quality standards.
• Verify products against quality standards, specifications, and work instructions.
• Identify and document non-conformances, defects, or deviations from standards.
• Communicate defects to production and quality team members and assist with root cause analysis when required.
• Complete inspection records, checklists, and reports accurately and promptly.
• Ensure defective or non-compliant products are quarantined and properly labeled.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Support continuous improvement activities and suggest quality improvements when observed.
• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
