The role works with production control, engineering, and other groups to investigate customer returns and complaints, determine root causes, and identify opportunities for process or product improvements. It troubleshoots PCB failures at multiple system levels, analyzes circuits and topologies, and develops and improves troubleshooting solutions. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of PCB industry experience with a quality background. TTM describes career development opportunities, competitive compensation with annual reviews, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, retirement savings, and other benefit programs.
