About The Position

Webco Industries Inc. seeks a Quality Systems Manager for its Kellyville, Oklahoma and Mannford, Oklahoma facilities. The role is responsible for ensuring that products, materials, and processes meet or exceed internal and customer quality standards. The manager leads the Integrated Management Systems (IMS) team and establishes, implements, and maintains quality systems and procedures that comply with ISO, customer, and regulatory requirements. The position also drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Quality Engineering, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a closely related field; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in one of those fields plus five years of the specified experience.
• Two years of experience in quality engineering in a lead role.
• ISO 9001 certification.
• Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems implementation, audits, and compliance standards.
• Experience with product lifecycle management.
• Experience with root cause analysis, including CAPA and Ishikawa.
• Experience with automotive quality core tools, including PPAP, AQPQ, and MSA.
