Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and communicate quality data and trends.
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and follow corrective actions through completion.
  • Ability to safely and effectively use standard office equipment and technology required for documentation, reporting, data analysis, communication, and quality management activities.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Quality, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in quality, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, transportation, or a similar operational environment preferred.
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems, internal auditing, document control, corrective action, or continuous improvement preferred.
  • Experience in a similar quality, compliance, operations, or process improvement role is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management principles preferred.
  • Familiarity with Lean, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies beneficial.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operational equipment and processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain QMS procedures, work instructions, forms, and documentation.
  • Ensure processes meet quality and customer requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits and identify process gaps.
  • Track corrective actions and verify effective resolution.
  • Monitor quality metrics, trends, and performance.
  • Prepare reports and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Support process improvements and standardization.
  • Support quality training and communicate process changes.
  • Partner with Operations and other teams to resolve quality issues.
