About The Position

This role supports tasks associated with the receipt of truck chassis and pre-delivery preparation. Responsibilities include installing tailgate spreader chains, applying DOT bed stickers, cleaning cab interiors, and pressure washing frames, cabs, wheels, and beds. The position also involves performing quality audits of green tagged units and maintaining 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain). The work environment is primarily outdoors in a non-temperature-controlled setting. Additional tasks may be assigned by quality leadership staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or (GED)
• Demonstrated ability to operate equipment, with or without training
• Ability to read and interpret written and verbal instructions
• Must be self-motivated to be able to work independently as well as working within a team environment.
• Must be safety oriented.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to walk long distances throughout the day.
• Must be able to climb in and out of large chassis.
• Must be reliable and detail oriented.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
