About The Position

The Quality Support Representative provides frontline support to the quality assurance function within the distribution center environment. This role supports compliance documentation, customer-facing quality activities, export functions, and calibration program coordination. This position works under direct supervision and serves as an entry-level gateway into the Quality department.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate degree in a technical or business discipline preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a quality, compliance, supply chain, or administrative role.
  • Basic understanding of product compliance frameworks (RoHS, REACH) and export documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); comfortable with web-based portals and data entry systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor when interfacing with customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management system requirements.
  • Experience working with customer-facing quality portals or supplier compliance platforms.
  • Knowledge of electrostatic discharge (ESD) handling procedures for electronic components.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Complete customer surveys and other customer-requested quality documents, excluding quality agreements.
  • Prepare and submit product compliance declarations including RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT), and other applicable declarations as required.
  • Coordinate and schedule calibration activities for measurement and test equipment at assigned warehouse locations; maintain calibration logs and follow up on overdue items.
  • Host on-site customer audits, serving as a point of contact for audit logistics and documentation; escalate technical items to Q2/Q3 as appropriate.
  • Maintain familiarity with the supplier corrective action (SCAR) process to support Q2 and Q3 with data gathering and documentation as needed.
  • Track and maintain customer scorecard data; compile and distribute scorecard reports on a regular cadence to Quality leadership.
  • Complete customer corrective action responses for assigned accounts, coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders to gather supporting information.
  • Develop familiarity with internal audit processes, procedures, and documentation standards in preparation for expanded audit responsibilities.
  • Support export approval activities, ensuring documentation packages are complete and submitted in compliance with export control requirements; escalate regulatory questions to Q2/Q3.
  • Maintain quality records, compliance documentation, and correspondence in an accurate and organized manner.
  • Adhere to all applicable safety, ESD, and regulatory handling protocols relevant to the distribution environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Quality leadership.
