About The Position

The Quality Supervisor will lead the Quality Assurance Team, responsible for ensuring product compliance with specifications and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. This role involves supervising a blended workforce of hourly and salaried employees who inspect products to determine compliance with specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• At least 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing / production environment.
• Ability to obtain a secret clearance and must be able to obtain an interim secret clearance prior to start.
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN

Nice To Haves

• Supervision experience.
• EEE component testing experience.
• Experience in Hybrid Military Specifications (MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750), Industry Electronic Specifications (J-STD, IPC), and/or Mechanical Specifications (ASTM, GD&T).
• Strong Microsoft, SAP, PLM experience.
• Experience in failure analysis and corrective action.

• Assessing performance, assigning work, and managing salary and recognition.
• Administering disciplinary actions and ensuring compliance with company policies.
