About The Position

As an intern Quality Specialist in our Repair & Overhaul facility, you will support multiple Quality Escapes for the Engine Assembly Lines, Repair services or Accessories. You will support operations in the improvement of quality problems, and the reduction of the cost of poor-quality. You may also need to support the cost reduction of poor-quality for the aftermarket supply chain.

Requirements

• Be eligible to work in Canada.
• Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
• Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills in French (spoken/written).
• Working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

• Project management skills.

• Maintain statistics for AMO business units and Network
• Quality Clinics participation to support operation
• Project participation to support business opportunities
• Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) reduction initiative participation to support operation
• Support Service Centre Network (SCN) for supplier’s escape
