Quality Services Intern
About The Position
This internship opportunity will support the development, organization, implementation, and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS). The intern will work with Quality Engineers and Specialists to improve the Quality Management System supporting AI initiatives. This includes exploring opportunities around using AI for aesthetic guides, validating customer complaints, analyzing application failures versus customer complaints, linking technical references and specifications, developing specifications, determining deviation versus non-conformance, identifying repeat complaints, creating searchability in co-pilot for QMS policies and procedures, and developing an internal audit chatbot. The intern will also help develop the technology for identified needs, create and validate systems to support the QMS and trends, assist in determining a path to SPC controls within business units, and help with internal audits and troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of six sigma methodology
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodology
- Knowledge of computer programs
- Pursuing a Bachelor of Science or Certification in Quality Management, Six Sigma, Project Management, Engineering or other technical disciplines with some course work in data analysis or computer science.
Responsibilities
- Work with Quality Engineers and Specialists to improve Quality Management System supporting AI initiatives.
- Help determine opportunities for using AI related to aesthetic guides, validating customer complaints, application failures vs customer complaints, linking technical references and specifications, developing specifications, determining deviation vs non-conformance, easily identifying repeat complaints (type, customer, seasonal, etc.), creating search ability in co-pilot to easily find QMS policies, procedures, and documentation, or an internal audit chatbot.

- Help develop and validate systems to support the QMS and create trends.
- Assist in determining a potential path to SPC controls within business units.
- Assist with internal audits and troubleshooting.
