We are a family-owned business entering our 40th year in operation and are excited to expand our national footprint. We are recruiting a Sample Clerk to join our talented team of high-impact employees on 1st shift in our Milton, WI production facility. The Sample Clerk is part of our Quality Control team and verifies accuracy of customer samples.
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in the direct mail industry is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Use printed job instructions to verify that job samples and live jobs are correct, match the mockup and meet postal regulations.
- Communicate with the Quality Control Supervisor or Manager when samples don’t meet standards.
- Complete all necessary paperwork for reprints, correctly store leftover sample stock, and take completed samples to the Account Managers each day.
