Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio is seeking a mission-minded Quality, Risk, and Compliance Specialist to support our organization-wide quality, regulatory compliance, risk management, and accreditation efforts. The Quality, Risk, and Compliance Specialist helps coordinate the systems, audits, reporting, and administrative processes that support safe, compliant, and high-quality healthcare services. This position works across departments to prepare for accreditation and regulatory reviews, conduct audits, track corrective actions, support quality improvement projects, and maintain required documentation. The Specialist also provides administrative and systems support for committees, incident reporting, policy management, patient experience, licensing, infection prevention, language access, and other quality, risk, and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple projects with firm deadlines. This role requires strong follow-through, careful documentation, sound judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively while holding workstreams and stakeholders accountable to established expectations.
