About The Position
Developmental disabilities professionals are encouraged to consider a full-time Quality Reviewer position with Liberty Healthcare Corporation. Liberty Healthcare operates statewide program in Indiana which conducts quality reviews of providers of Home and Community Based Services and provides technical assistance on best practices in person-centered support. As a Quality Reviewer you will have the opportunity to enrich the lives of older adults, people who are living with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and individuals who have experienced traumatic brain injury. Requirements
- Developmental disabilities professional experience
- Ability to travel throughout the Indianapolis metro area and Central Indiana
- Ability to conduct on-site reviews at provider organizations
- Ability to investigate complaints
- Ability to prepare reports
- Ability to develop corrective action plans
- Ability to follow up with provider organizations to monitor quality improvement
