About The Position

Reviews low severity property and/or casualty claims to ensure quality and compliance with client instructions and service level agreements. Investigates and analyzes quality trends, recommends solutions and ensures corrections are made. At Crawford, every claim represents a person and a community we help restore. Requirements

At least 2 years of estimating and/or property adjusting experience.
An active Adjuster License.
3+ years of experience with Xactimate and XactAnalysis.

Nice To Haves

Xactimate Level 2 Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Review estimates and claim files to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to industry standards.
Apply property adjusting and estimating knowledge to identify opportunities for improvement and maintain high-quality work products.
Utilize Xactimate and XactAnalysis experience to support operational excellence and best practices.
Ensure accurate claim handling that supports clients, adjusters, and policyholders alike.
Investigate and analyze quality trends, recommend solutions and ensure corrections are made.
