Requirements

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
3+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, compliance, manufacturing quality, supplier quality, or a related field required.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree in business administration, quality, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) or equivalent preferred.
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinates the tracing, circulating, and filing of controlled quality documents to preserve accurate maintenance of the enterprise quality management system.
Traces corrective and preventive action (CAPA) milestones and remediation tasks to collaborate with professional staff in recording critical compliance timelines.
Compiles routine audit readiness materials and logistical arrangements to reinforce seamless internal and external inspection activities.
Enters daily data and checks routine validation of quality metrics within established databases to guard reporting accuracy and traceability.
Resolves standard administrative quality inquiries and workflow interruptions to preserve day-to-day operational continuity across the department.
Coordinates communication between operational teams and quality management to reinforce the timely exercises and tracing of required compliance training.
