About The Position

This position manages projects and serves as project leader and facilitator. The Quality Project Manager fosters inter-departmental collaboration, provides education, evaluates optional solutions, ensures follow-through and adherence to timelines, and works to achieve agreed-upon project goals. This is a hybrid position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a technical field.
• Three years of project management experience, or three years of experience in clinical nursing and/or quality.
• Ambulatory setting experience.
• Ability to apply critical thinking to analyze and interpret information and data; strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to initiate, plan, design, execute, and monitor projects.
• Demonstrated experience with process flow analysis and thorough understanding of core business processes within a healthcare organization.
• Ability to use software applications and technological devices, including computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office.
• High-level knowledge and skill in business applications, technology, education, and automated systems.
• Ability to manage multiple demands or complex competing priorities, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations, compile data, and summarize it for presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate.
