We’re looking for a Quality Program Manager within our Continuous Improvement team who will own the programs that raise quality standards, reduce defect rates, and advance operational excellence across the company. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will lead company-wide quality and continuous-improvement initiatives, influence stakeholders across every function, and serve as leadership’s ביותר trusted, data-backed authority on the state of quality and the trajectory of improvement. You will define what “good” looks like, measure it rigorously and consistently, diagnose the root causes behind defects, and partner with the teams best positioned to resolve them. Grounded in an operational excellence mindset, you will engineer quality into how the company operates rather than inspecting it after the fact. Your impact will be visible in the trend lines: defect rates declining, standards adopted and sustained, and quality embedded into the organization’s day-to-day workflows.
