Quality Program Manager - Construction

JSET Automated Technologies•Columbus, OH
•$160,000 - $180,000•Hybrid

About The Position

JSET Automated Technologies is hiring a Quality Program Manager to build and lead its first dedicated quality program. The role will develop practical standards, procedures, quality gates, forms, and documentation for the company’s construction, controls, and commissioning work on mission-critical and data center projects. The focus is on preventing recurring issues by turning lessons learned into repeatable processes and building quality into project work, rather than relying on end-of-process inspection. The manager will train, mentor, and coach employees; partner with project management, construction, controls, and commissioning teams; conduct audits and readiness reviews; and oversee deficiency tracking, root-cause analysis, corrective action, and verification of fixes. The role will analyze quality trends and report metrics, risks, and improvement progress to leadership. It is based primarily in Columbus, Ohio, with regular office and project-site work, at least weekly site visits, and travel of up to 20%. The position is hybrid, but is not remote; situational work-from-home flexibility is available. Project-site work involves PPE, following site-safety requirements, walking active construction areas, standing for extended periods, and navigating stairs. A background and drug screening are required as a condition of employment.
