About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Quality Production Specialist to support our F-15 SA modifications and upgrades team at King Abdulaziz Air Base, Dhahran Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with Boeing standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This is a long-term expatriate position based 100% on-site, with relocation and assignment benefits provided. The individual will collaborate closely with F-15SA Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning, execution, and delivery of Quality products and services.

Requirements

3+ years of working knowledge, experience and proven application of Aircraft Maintenance and Modification standards, requirements and associated regulations.
3+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, modification, MRO, or related production control environments.
3+ years of Quality Assurance Inspector experience (CDI, CDQAR, QAR).
Willing to work variable shifts (shift 1, 2, or 3).
Must be able to obtain a work visa, depending on requirements of the country.
Must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable.
Employment is contingent on the candidate’s ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country.
Offer will be contingent upon the candidate’s ability to obtain clearances from International Health Services and the receipt of a visa/work permit to the country in which he or she will be assigned. These contingencies also apply to any/all family members who may be relocating with the candidate.
Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).

Nice To Haves

3+ years of experience with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Instruction 8210.1.
F-15 technical data experience.
AS9100 Revision D experience.
Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop and motivate a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance.
Perform inspections on aircraft for maintenance activities on the F-15SA platform.
Maintain Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures.
Collect and verify data to support the identification of root cause routine problems.
Perform internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements.
Document audit results in standard formats.
Foster a culture of safety, compliance, first-time quality, technical excellence, and product integrity.
Support the implementation of standardization, LEAN and BPS principles.
Maintain excellent communication and flow of relevant information throughout the team.
Drive initiatives that promote production efficiency and innovation.
Cultivate a reporting culture that prioritizes safety in accordance with Boeing's Safety Management System.
Undertake other activities as needed.
Work under general supervision.
