Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Science-related degree or diploma program (e.g., Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Food Sciences, or related field).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage several projects at once.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (spoken/written English and French).

Responsibilities

  • Participate in complaint handling
  • Initiate and/ review the complaint initiation step and perform an internal assessment for Product Quality Complaint
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacovigilance, Customer Service teams and all appropriate internal departments
  • Participate in the translation and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) , Working Instructions (WIs) and training material
  • Perform reconciliations if required
  • Verify the quality inbox daily for product inquiries and follow up with the required personnel
  • Perform complaint sample verifications when required
  • Update re-occurrence tables
  • Ensure GMP compliance.
  • Support or lead special projects and assignments as needed.
  • Any other related quality and/ administrative tasks
