About The Position

We're hiring a Sales Intern for the Fall 2026 term to support the systems and processes behind our go-to-market team. Reporting to our Sales leadership, you'll work alongside Account Executives and revenue operations — keeping our CRM sharp, building the reports leadership relies on, and improving the processes that let a lean team sell at scale. It's a hands-on seat inside one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world, and an ideal launchpad for a career in revenue operations or tech sales.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field
Available full-time for the Fall 2026 term at our office
Fluent in English; French is a strong asset
Curious about AI and eager to use it daily in your work
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented — you take pride in clean data, tidy systems, and reliable follow-through
A process thinker who spots inefficiencies and likes building better ways of working
A clear communicator, comfortable working across teams
Self-starter who thrives with ownership and minimal hand-holding

Nice To Haves

Prior CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), operations, or analytics experience is a plus, not a requirement

Responsibilities

Own CRM data hygiene: keep accounts, contacts, and opportunities accurate, complete, and up to date
Build and maintain reports and dashboards that track pipeline health and sales activity
Support sales operations projects: tooling, automation (including AI-powered workflows), and process improvement
Research prospect accounts and enrich account data to keep our pipeline well-organized
Assist Account Executives with demo preparation, follow-ups, and deal documentation
Organize and maintain sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, battle cards, and email templates
Gather and structure competitive and market intelligence to sharpen our positioning against legacy platforms
