Requirements

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.

Nice To Haves

• Clinical experience in the Emergency Room and/or ICU
• Experience with quality improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous compliance and readiness workflows for The Joint Commission inspections and strict patient safety standards.
• Partner with multidisciplinary medical teams to resolve clinical risks, optimize service workflows, and drive cost-containment strategies.
• Synthesize complex data from diverse clinical sources to build high-level quality and financial reports for service line leaders.
• Coordinate and accelerate daily operations for comprehensive quality improvement, risk reduction, and patient safety initiatives.
