About The Position

This role is responsible for leading continuous compliance and readiness workflows for The Joint Commission inspections and strict patient safety standards. The coordinator will partner with multidisciplinary medical teams to resolve clinical risks, optimize service workflows, and drive cost-containment strategies. Additionally, the role involves synthesizing complex data from diverse clinical sources to build high-level quality and financial reports for service line leaders, and coordinating daily operations for comprehensive quality improvement, risk reduction, and patient safety initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.

Nice To Haves

  • Clinical experience in the Emergency Room and/or ICU
  • Experience with quality improvement
