About The Position

The Quality Operations Associate supports product compliance activities in the warehouse and helps coordinate work between Quality and Operations. The role includes inspecting and sampling hand-packaged materials, maintaining inventory, supporting drug returns and sample activities, and preparing materials and supplies for production. The associate follows gowning procedures, safety and GMP training, SOPs, and documentation requirements. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. position. Candidates living within commuting distance of Durham, North Carolina, are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 5–7 years of warehouse or inventory experience, or an associate’s degree and 3–5 years of experience.
• Previous experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Ability to accurately follow written procedures (SOPs).
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restrictions or sponsorship.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Frequent standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Support product compliance activities within the warehouse.
• Perform AQL sampling and inspection of hand-packaged materials.
• Serve as a liaison between Quality and Operations teams.
• Follow required gowning procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts.
• Manage drug returns and support sample activities.
• Restock supplies and remove expired items.
• Stage materials for production and provide cold-storage backup.
• Stay current on safety and GMP training.
• Follow SOPs and promptly report issues.
• Complete accurate documentation.
• Support team needs, including occasional overtime.
