About The Position
The Quality Metrics Coordinator is a key opportunity at MultiCare, facilitating quality management metrics and improvement projects. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum five (5) years of experience managing health care information/data to include workflow and process improvements utilizing LEAN concepts
Nice To Haves
- Project management training preferred
- Performance improvement training preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform project coordination throughout the lifecycle of project
- Participate in projects from the planning stage and assist in the execution of at all organizational levels
- Coordinate individual projects between departments involved and acts as a liaison with all MHS employees and participants of the project
- Facilitate coordination of multiple IT resources to accomplish a variety of support and implementation tasks
