Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, quality management, or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Several years of experience in quality management within power transformers or heavy electrical equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, quality tools, and industrial manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with supplier quality management and audit processes.
  • Structured, analytical working style with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Confident communication skills in a cross-functional, international environment.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, and physical.
  • Complete a satisfactory nationwide criminal background check.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and industry standards.
  • Ensure quality assurance throughout manufacturing, testing, and final inspection of power transformers.
  • Manage supplier quality, audits, and corrective action processes.
  • Analyze quality data, drive root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement measures.
  • Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and utility-specific requirements.
  • Act as key quality interface for internal teams, customers, and external auditors.
