About The Position

Flexcraft is hiring a hands-on Quality Manager to own and strengthen quality across our manufacturing operation. This is a high-impact role where you will lead quality directly on the production floor, train and develop process technicians to own quality checks, and use systems and tools to improve consistency and performance. Requirements

• 5+ years in manufacturing quality (required)
• Strong hands-on experience with inspection and process quality
• Experience with ISO standards and audits (ISO 9001)
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Comfortable working directly on the production floor
• Experience training or developing others (operators, techs, etc.)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with vision systems / automated inspection (preferred)
• Plastics manufacturing experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead daily quality activities across the production floor
• Train and develop process technicians to perform quality checks
• Build standardized inspection and measurement practices
• Oversee and improve use of vision and automated inspection systems
• Analyze defects, scrap, and trends to drive root cause solutions
• Own ISO compliance and maintain audit readiness
• Partner with Production and Engineering to improve processes
• Manage customer quality issues and corrective actions
