About The Position

With our ongoing growth, we are looking to have an experienced Quality Management Representative to join our team. Quality Management Representative Job Description: · Coordinate all quality system audits. · Maintain all quality related documentation to ensure that copies of controlled documents are distributed and all revisions are current. (Internal procedures, quality manuals etc.) · Perform internal audits to ensure the quality system is working as planned · Participate in all AQP processes. · Follow up on internal audits and NCR’s until closed. · Work on special projects assigned by the Department Manager. · Responsibilities will also include checking customer e-based quality system for changes. · Follow up on opportunities for improvement identified during the internal audits. · Manage training database (i.e training assignments, training updates, notification to supervisors of overdue training, etc.)

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience a plus
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3
  • Experience related to Manufacturing
  • Ability to follow established procedures
  • Lead Auditor Certification
  • High level organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in reading and writing skills and the English language
  • Professional demeanor with high standard of ethical behavior
  • Must be process oriented and team player.
  • Must be proficient in office, and use of computers.
  • Familiar with online communication platforms

  • Ability to think analytically and independently and remain very organized
  • Ability to work effectively on their own as well as with others at all levels of the organization
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
