About The Position

The Quality Manager plays a critical role in driving operational excellence by capturing, validating, and analyzing key performance data to ensure real-time visibility and alignment across the operation. This role is designed to bridge the gap between strategic leadership objectives and day-to-day execution by transforming how KPIs are tracked and utilized. Operating in a data dependent environment, this individual will serve as the operational anchor for performance monitoring and improvement. This position directly addresses a critical gap in our operation. By ensuring real time KPI visibility and reinforcing data accountability at all levels, the Quality Manager enables faster decision making, operational alignment, and strategic clarity. This role also ensures long-term resilience by serving as a backup to the current reporting function and helping to build a culture of data driven performance. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience in operation).
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, quality control, or data analysis, preferably in logistics or cargo handling.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools; familiarity with cargo/logistics data systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into operational strategy.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods.
  • Must be able to use close vision.
  • Must have manual dexterity for typing.

  • Familiarity with cargo/logistics data systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively track and validate daily operational KPIs to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and visibility across all departments.
  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reports with actionable insights to help guide operations leadership and frontline supervisors in decision making.
  • Identify patterns and anomalies in real-time to drive continuous improvement and eliminate reactive management approaches.
  • Monitor on-time performance, flag delays, and differentiate controllable vs. uncontrollable delays for Line Haul Departures.
  • Analyze delay codes to identify and reduce operational bottlenecks for Flight Departure Optimization.
  • Validate container scan compliance from origin to destination to reduce exceptions for Scan Compliance.
  • Track aircraft performance issues tied to labor and procedural deficiencies for Ramp Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with LDM timing and container planning accuracy for Build Plan Execution.
  • Distinguish between A2G and G2A issues to better isolate root causes for Rolled Freight Analysis.
  • Act as a critical backup to the existing Data & Reporting Lead, preserving institutional knowledge and minimizing operational risk tied to single person dependency.
  • Serve as a centralized resource for operational teams, supervisors, and leadership to ensure transparency, consistency, and engagement with the KPI process.
  • Take reasonable care for the health, wellbeing, safety, and security of themselves and of others who may be affected by their actions or omissions while at work.

  • Conduct work in accordance with information and training provided and any specific health, wellbeing, safety, and security rules or procedures.
  • Fully understand AGI Health & Safety and Security policies.
  • Attend training courses as may be required by AGI.
