The Quality Management Systems (QMS) Supervisor is responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization's ETQ Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring the effective management of quality and process documentation, reporting metrics, workflows, calibration records, audit activities, corrective action requests (CARs), and QMS performance dashboards. This role coordinates with quality and business leaders to ensure compliance with applicable standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations. Responsibilities include maintaining document control processes, ensuring controlled documents are current and properly managed through creation, revision, approval, and retention, as well as supporting audits, certifications, and the timely closure of audit findings and corrective actions. The QMS Coordinator is also responsible for updating and maintaining audit records, tracking and facilitating corrective action requests, providing ETQ system training as needed, and ensuring quality-related data such as audit results, customer complaints, supplier issues, calibration records, and process performance metrics are accurately captured and analyzed within the ETQ platform. This position prepares and delivers weekly QMS performance reports aligned with established metrics and supports continuous improvement initiatives by promoting effective system utilization and quality management practices across the organization.

Requirements

High School Diploma required.
5+ years of experience in Quality Systems, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Quality, or related disciplines.
Experience managing quality systems within a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Metallurgy, Industrial Technology, Supply Chain, or related technical field, preferred.
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)
Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 and/or AS9100)

Responsibilities

Support and maintain the organization's ETQ Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure effective management of quality and process documentation.
Report metrics, workflows, calibration records, audit activities, corrective action requests (CARs), and QMS performance dashboards.
Coordinate with quality and business leaders to ensure compliance with applicable standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations.

Update and maintain audit records.
