Quality Management System Specialist

Paslin is seeking a QMS & Audit Specialist to support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS). This role is key in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 requirements while supporting efforts related to ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 standards. The position executes document control, coordinates and conducts internal audits, supports external registrar audits, and administers compliance records and corrective/preventive actions. You will collaborate with teams throughout the company to maintain certification readiness and help strengthen our culture of quality and operational excellence. This position is ideal for a quality professional who enjoys leading process consistency across an organization.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant quality standards.
- Familiar with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including SharePoint and Power BI.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel regularly between company sites.
Nice To Haves
- ASQ certification or college degree in Quality Engineering preferred.
