Quality Management & Performance Improvement Coordinator
About The Position
Coordinates activities related to data abstraction and analysis. Prioritizes assignments to facilitate, organize, and coordinate quality improvement initiatives. Assists in the systematic measurement and assessment of performance indicators. Identifies Quality Improvement opportunities through analysis of data. Develops performance improvement plans as required; implementation and education of improvement activities; and evaluation of improvement effectiveness. Performs related duties as required. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Microsoft Access databases preferred.
