As a Trex Quality Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading and coordinating quality auditing across all manufacturing operations. This role is key member of our Operations team. Requirements

7 years in Quality Control is required for this role
Experience as a Quality Control Inspector
Experience as a Quality Control Assistant

Responsibilities

Put Safety First
Work as a team to drive our 'People First' culture
Responsible for manufacturing quality auditing process across all shifts and all processes.
Lead daily and weekly quality audits to include reporting results to the leadership team
Update and edit quality metrics and track logs, audit sheets, and dimensional data sheets
Collaborate with Quality Manager and QC technicians to update quality procedures
Verify incoming COA's from raw materials providers
Responsible for providing guidance for quality issues on crew as they arise
Update and create new procedures and standard work practices when required for continuous improvement within the quality department
