About The Position

This role is responsible for conducting testing procedures during manufacturing processes to ensure that products comply with quality standards. The Quality Lead Operator will perform visual inspections, inspect raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods, and monitor testing procedures. This position requires interpreting test results, completing necessary documentation, and ensuring equipment is properly calibrated, validated, and maintained. The role also involves supporting system procedures, company policies, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety, environmental, and quality standards. Requirements

  • Ability to conduct testing procedures during manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to perform visual inspection on all products.
  • Ability to place non-conforming product on hold.
  • Ability to conduct inspection of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.
  • Ability to check for quality and ensure products meet necessary specifications.
  • Ability to monitor testing procedures and processes.
  • Ability to ensure tests performed are done according to item specifications, protocols and standard test methods.
  • Ability to interpret test results and compare them to specifications and control limits.
  • Ability to provide recommendations on the appropriateness of data.
  • Ability to complete documentation necessary for the support of testing procedures.
  • Ability to ensure equipment is calibrated, validated, and maintained properly.
  • Ability to support and adhere to all system procedures and company policies/procedures.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ability to follow all safety regulations.
  • Ability to report all accidents or near misses.
  • Ability to adhere to all environmental and quality standards.
  • Ability to perform other job-related duties as requested by supervisor.
