About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a problem solver, a change agent who is excited about quality and taking it to the NEXT level. The Quality Technician will be responsible for supporting the production team with quality concerns.

Requirements

  • Technical or Associates Degree, preferred
  • Computer experience, knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
  • Previous Laboratory or testing experience preferred
  • Strong math skills
  • Comfortable making decisions on product quality
  • Comfortable providing feedback to suppliers and operations personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily product testing.
  • Review and disposition supplier defects
  • Work with Supplier for Return Material Authorizations and then enter credit memos as needed.
  • Work with Corporate Supplier Quality and Purchasing to improve supplier performance
  • Perform minor calibrations in house.
  • Maintain calibration data base, work with outside laboratories to complete calibration/certifications
  • Incoming inspection as required.
  • Production part inspections as required (limited)
