About The Position

Qualifications Role Summary Primarily desk-based with light bench inspections: Review work orders and records, perform visual and dimensional checks on components, verify compliance with regulations and technical data, and issue Return-to-Service approvals. All work occurs indoors in our state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility—no heavy lifting, no outdoor exposure, no weekend shifts. Requirements

FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic License strongly preferred (or documented experience qualifying for FAA Repairman's Certificate in inspection/quality roles)
3+ years of hands-on aviation maintenance experience (your A&P background is a perfect fit) OR 18+ months in aviation quality/inspection
Strong ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, drawings, and OEM data
