About The Position
Gotion is seeking a dynamic Quality Inspector who can conduct quality checks on our EV battery related products throughout the manufacturing process, record the results, and make recommendations for quality improvements to the process.
Requirements
- Previous experience doing dedicated quality control in a technically challenging manufacturing setting
- Proficiency with standard computer applications (word processing, spreadsheets)
- Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a focus on detail.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate across departments.
- Must be willing to work overtime if needed and travel internationally to China for a training trip if required.
Responsibilities
- Understand product test requirements and procedures for energy storage systems.
- Utilize inspection and measurement equipment to qualify product quality by following established operating instructions.
- Conduct quality inspections at all production stages: incoming materials, in-process, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate and complete inspection records, ensuring data integrity.
- Generate test reports, verifying that report data accurately reflects testing results.
- Perform routine equipment checks, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
