About The Position

The Quality Control Personnel is responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and services meet established quality standards and customer requirements. This role involves performing inspections, documenting results, identifying non-conformances, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maintain compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without restriction. For this position, we are not sponsoring or taking over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent GED (associate degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in quality control, inspection, or manufacturing/repair (1-3 years preferred)
  • Trade Apprenticeship/ Certificate or equivalent / technical background
  • 2 years of experience
  • Demonstrable work experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control
  • Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, API Q2, industry standards
  • Auditing experience
  • Root Cause Analysis and problem solving e.g. Fishbone, 5 Why’s, 8D, Ishikawa
  • PC Skills (Office 365)
  • Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc)
  • Ability to develop, improve and implement processes, procedures.
  • Self-driven and motivated

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaboration at all levels internally and externally

  • Welding / Non-Destructive Testing related experience and / or qualification (highly desired)
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, repair, refurbishment of wellhead and associated equipment (desirable)
  • Lead Auditor – ISO 9001, API Q2 (desirable)
  • Product knowledge of TechnipFMC products (desirable)
  • NDT certs is highly desirable
  • ERP knowledge (SAP), Intelex (desired)
  • LEAN/Six Sigma Management Skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and incoming inspections of materials, components, and finished products
  • Perform NDTs when fully competent and when required.
  • Verify compliance with quality standards, specifications, drawings, and procedures
  • Record inspection results accurately and maintain quality documentation
  • Identify, report, and assist in investigating non-conforming products or processes
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Ensure measuring and testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained
  • Support internal and external audits by providing records and inspection data
  • Follow safety policies, quality procedures, and company standards
  • Communicate quality issues promptly to supervisors and relevant departments
  • Support continuous improvement and Lean/quality initiatives
