About The Position

As a Quality Inspector, you'll be part of our Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing team located in Berea, OH.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training in same, or similar role.
• Extensive experience in calibration and standards.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring product conformity to blueprint.
• Inspect hardware using various inspection equipment including: calipers, micrometers, comparator, height stand, indicator, profilometer, hardness tester, etc.
• Review work order for completion of operations and required documentations.
• Review ERP (JD Edwards) system for required retained information.
• Review raw material certificates and ensure conformity to industry or internal standards.
• Provide manufacturing technical support as GD&T subject matter expert.
• Support the Quality Engineers to ensure products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
• Interface with internal departments to engage in activities that ensure continuous control over material, services and products.
• Other duties as assigned.
