About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. This role is responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet company and customer specifications. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and experience working in a manufacturing or quality environment.

Requirements

2+ years of quality inspection experience preferred
Experience in a manufacturing environment required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Proficiency with measuring tools and inspection equipment
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work overtime as needed
High School Diploma or GED; College degree a plus
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be able to lift and or move up to 30 lbs
Must be a "U.S. Person" (per ITAR 120.15) and are required to show proof substantiating this upon being hired

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 standards is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of parts and materials
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, height gauges, etc.)
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
Identify and report non-conforming products and assist with corrective actions
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures (ISO/AS standards as applicable)
Perform first article inspections (FAI) as required
Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
Maintain a clean and organized inspection area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
