Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing quality inspection (machining or precision manufacturing preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and routers
- Familiar with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and microscopes
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Perform Inbound Inspections (materials, purchase orders, packing slips, certifications)
- Conduct First Article / First Part Inspections with 100% dimensional verification
- Perform In-Process Inspections per sampling plans and report out-of-tolerance conditions
- Complete Final Inspections, including preparation and review of AS9102-compliant First Article Inspection Reports
- Pre-Shipment Inspections for accuracy, quantity, labeling, and packaging
- Identify, tag, and document non-conforming material and support resolution
- Accurately complete inspection paperwork
- Use calibrated inspection tools and reference calibration data when required
- Work closely with Production, Quality, and Shipping teams
