About The Position

The Quality Inspector I visually inspects labels, PIDs, and pouches to approve packing or other operations. The inspector obtains and examines samples against specifications, records inspection data, and makes accept/reject decisions based on inspection findings. The role verifies product dimensions and other characteristics using measuring gauges and testing equipment, follows quality-control inspection criteria to release acceptable lots or reject lots for rework, and conducts destructive and non-destructive tests. The inspector maintains accurate, current quality records and documentation, checks equipment calibration, and helps ensure that raw materials and products meet quality standards before release to stores or sterilization. The position also supports production quality through GMP and Quality Manual reinforcement, spot audits, and training assistance for new QA inspectors.
