Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn technical inspection processes required.
Must qualify as a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing, machining, tooling, inspection, or quality-related experience preferred.
Previous experience reading engineering drawings and using precision measurement equipment preferred.
Familiarity with GD&T concepts is preferred.
2–4 years of related manufacturing or inspection experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs dimensional and visual inspection of tooling orders and production material received from manufacturing operations.
Conducts inspections utilizing precision measurement equipment, blueprint interpretation, and inspection systems to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
Supports production flow by prioritizing inspection workload in a high-volume manufacturing environment with changing operational demands.
Independently evaluates product acceptability, documents inspection results, and communicates quality concerns to production, engineering, and supervision.
