About The Position

As a Quality Inspector, you will support the design and development of high-quality power conversion systems by performing detailed inspections and audits across components, assemblies, internal processes, and external suppliers. You will work closely with a collaborative team to identify quality gaps, ensure compliance with requirements and industry standards, and help drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and supplier operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products meet regulatory, safety, and customer expectations.

Requirements

High School Diploma with 2–4 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, product/process validation, and computer/equipment validation.
Knowledge of electronics, manufacturing environments, and/or electrical equipment preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare clear, concise, and timely written and verbal reports.
Excellent organization, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of electronics, manufacturing environments, and/or electrical equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform quality inspections on components and assemblies to verify conformance to specifications.
Review specifications and inspect incoming materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Identify non-conforming materials and in-house quality issues; promptly notify appropriate teams of deviations.
Comply with written work instructions to perform inspections and document findings.
Prepare impact assessments for process and procedural deviations.
Generate and issue Quality Alerts as required.
Assist with internal and external audits, including vendors, contractors, collaborators, and other relevant organizations.
Prepare audit reports and support follow-up activities to ensure corrective actions are completed and compliant.
Perform equipment calibration, routine maintenance, and minor repairs as required.
Maintain quality records, departmental files, documentation, and databases.
Generate quality reports for management and other stakeholders, as needed.
Understand and comply with company ethics standards and proprietary information requirements.
Support special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.
