Healthcentric Advisors is a nationally recognized quality improvement organization helping providers and stakeholders measure and improve care and outcomes. As a Quality Improvement Organization (QIO), we lead initiatives funded by federal, state, and private partners. We offer a competitive benefits package, including 22 paid leave days, comprehensive health coverage, a generous 401(k) contribution, and a flexible work environment. The Role As a Quality Improvement (QI) Specialist, you serve as a subject matter expert, educator, and strategic partner to providers and healthcare stakeholders across New England. You use data to identify opportunities and guide the implementation of evidence-based care, strengthening care transitions and advancing whole person health, including physical, behavioral health (BH), and substance use disorder (SUD) care. You provide coaching and technical assistance to support problem-solving, sustain gains, and scale successful practices, while connecting providers across the continuum through peer learning and coalition-building to address shared health care related challenges. Our QI team brings experience across all care settings and deep expertise in areas such as patient safety, care transitions, quality management, and healthcare technology. We are continuing to expand our behavioral health and SUD capabilities and are seeking individuals with expertise and experience in these areas.
