The Quality Improvement Specialist will work in a dynamic environment, supporting the organization's mission by providing quality assurance/improvement technical assistance and subject matter expertise for local process improvement initiatives. This role involves verifying the implementation of effective strategies designed to measure and improve outcome measures, monitoring quality improvement goals, and tracking outcomes. The specialist will also review incident data, prepare and analyze trended reports for management, conduct incident report training and technical support, perform internal investigations, and conduct audits to support operations for licensing/certification reviews.
