The Quality Improvement Specialist will provide technical assistance and subject matter expertise for local process improvement initiatives, verify the implementation of effective strategies to measure and improve outcomes, monitor quality improvement goals, and track outcomes and measurements. This role also involves reviewing incident data, preparing and analyzing trended reports for management, conducting incident report training and technical support in a region, performing internal investigations of incidents and/or allegations, and conducting audits to support operations in preparation for licensing/certification reviews.
