About The Position

The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputable healthcare organization in Helena, MT to seek an experienced Quality Improvement Nurse to join the Quality Department. This role plays a key part in advancing patient safety, clinical excellence, and the overall patient experience through data-driven decision-making and collaborative quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Associate degree required, BS degree or equivalent preferred
Current Montana RN license required
10 years of healthcare nursing experience required
5+ years of quality and safety improvement experience in an acute care setting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Detail-oriented with strong communication, time management and scheduling skills
Client relations, professionalism, communication, composure in challenging situations
Ability to facilitate multidisciplinary teams toward actionable goals

Nice To Haves

PMP (Project Management Professional)certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire
Data extraction and analytics experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on patient safety and clinical excellence
Analyze clinical outcomes and use data to identify opportunities for improvement
Coordinate quality improvement projects across the organization
Collaborate with the Director of Quality and interdisciplinary teams
Educate staff on quality improvement initiatives and best practices
Drive meaningful changes that improve healthcare processes and quality of care
Support initiatives that enhance the overall patient experience
