About The Position

The Quality Improvement Manager serves as a liaison for multi-site/facility coordination and oversight of quality, regulatory, and risk management functions, processes, and programs. This role is responsible for facilitating activities related to the improvement of quality metrics, processes, and outcomes. Additionally, the manager has oversight for the grievance program and is responsible for the ongoing, effective operation of various patient safety and risk management activities across multiple facilities/sites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field
  • Two (2) years QA or PI experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years progressive management experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience in a hospital setting
  • Minimum of one (1) year in an acute care setting
  • Computer proficiency to include a minimum of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and hospital software programs, as applicable
  • If RN, current RN license in the State of Nevada
  • Working knowledge of regulations and reporting requirements related to quality, patient safety, and risk management programs
