The Quality Improvement Coordinator supports organization-wide continuous improvement across a large nonprofit service system that includes workforce development, early learning, behavioral health, primary care, and residential services. This role collaborates with program leaders, frontline staff, administrative teams, and data/reporting partners to strengthen workflows, improve service quality, support compliance, promote data-informed decision making, and monitor client/patient, process, and financial quality improvement efforts. The ideal candidate is well versed in Lean Six Sigma methodology and practical quality improvement tools, including process mapping, root cause analysis, Plan-Do-Study-Act cycles, standard work, visual management, performance measurement, data analysis, research, evaluation, and workflow development.
