Quality Improvement and Data Specialist
About The Position
The Quality and Improvement Data Specialist is responsible for facilitating timely collection of identified data, reviewing data to ensure accuracy, completeness and adherence to standards, implementing procedures for consistent and efficient collection, coordinating and overseeing data collection efforts related to program participants, facilitating informational sessions for staff to ensure efficient and timely collection of data, assessing and evaluating applicability of collected data and work with leadership to develop CQI initiatives, and analyzing data and identifying trends. This role involves working with the Quality Improvement and Compliance Director to develop a Benchmark Report for the CQI process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience with data collection/coordination and data analysis
- Bachelors Degree in business, computers or related certificates required
- Must be proficient in MS Access, Excel and Word
